We believe that great coaches lead to great performance, but because it can be demanding work we have created the ConsultEast Best Practice Group - next event features Leni Widflower on the Immunity to change model - 6 June 2013.
All our students and associates are entitled to attend free refresher sessions where they can hone their skills and learn from their peers.
The sessions encourage reflection on the experience of coaching, reinforcing the solutions focused culture of continuous improvement we create.
