The taster is a 45 minute session with a qualified coach. The session will provide you with an action plan, greater personal insight and resourcefulness and an understanding of the coaching process.

Taster sessions are completely free if you come to our Norwich base. If provided at other locations there will still be no charge for the session but reasonable expenses may apply.
