Rachel has successfully run ConsultEast for the past 6 years. During this time she has gained supplier approval status from oil and gas companies such as Shell EPE for their competence design and delivery for Reliability Engineers. She offers on-going Leadership and Management development for Petrofac Facilities Management at Bacton gas terminal and Great Yarmouth, as well as MBTI (Myers Briggs Personality Trait Inventory) analysis and Belbin 360 feedback. Coaching has featured throughout the design and delivery of all Rachel’s management development workshops. Her work in the public sector has included management development for Freebridge Housing Association plus recruitment and selection, as well as benchmarking for the large Housing Association’s IT managers.
Peter has over 30 years experience of working in further and higher education. Throughout that time he has been a successful and innovative teacher and manager, taking a keen practical interest in developing both the curriculum and the teams delivering the learning. Peter now combines part-time higher education lecturing with consultancy and coaching.
Valerie combines a strong academic background in psychology, counselling and coaching with a wealth of practical experience. She employs a range of powerful and effective individual-centred approaches to individual problem solving and personal development through empowerment.
Joy has more than 20 years experience of helping people become empowered. Since training with one of the country’s leading therapists and trainers, she has increased her skills in the world of therapy by becoming a Master Practitioner of NLP by completing her NLP trainer’s training.

John is a consultant strategic manager and management coach with a successful track record of leading major change initiatives associated with re-structuring, merger, acquisition and business improvement. John is also a Board member of Granta HA part of the Metropolitan Housing Partnership.
He is qualified in Marine Engineering, Housing, Management, Coaching and Information Systems. John's experience of merger integration developed an ability to provide strong leadership support when organisations are in transition. John aims to provide the bridge between strategic aims and deliverable plans by applying his knowledge and experience of people, business process and information systems. John's approach is under pinned by the structured approach he learnt as an engineer supplemented by knowledge and understanding of how to get the best out of people using a coaching approach. His main interests lie in the relationships between process, people and data.
John employs coaching techniques to empower manager’s to find their own solutions and structured business process modelling to confirm and record the benefits those solutions deliver. His focus is usually to coach teams and individuals to get more from existing systems however he is also experienced in the information systems procurement process from definition of requirements through to post implementation review..

Tina Yates has 30 years experience teaching in further and higher education, with 15 years as a teacher and manager within a centre for professional development, successfully delivering teacher training. Recent work includes enabling and empowering adults to return to work, this has provided opportunities for widening her range of experience, particularly developing and utilising a range of effective coaching techniques .
Doctoral research focussed on the use of IT to support learners and learning, with other research focussing on vocationalisation, curriculum development and evaluation processes, reflecting Tina’s on-going enthusiasm for, and interest in, all aspects of teaching and learning. Developing a range of ‘Train the Trainer’ and teacher training programmes is the current remit for Tina within the team.
